Bethesda Chevy Chase High School was placed on lockdown around 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 14 after reports of the gun were brought to the attention of officials, according to Montgomery County Police.
Montgomery County Police arrived to the school to investigate the incident, and have reportedly that no weapons were found on campus following the reports.
Students will reportedly dismissed from school at the regular early dismissal time.
